Are tenants responsible for shoveling snow from their sidewalks and parking areas?
Last Updated: May 3, 2023The park takes care of snow removal in the streets, however residents are responsible for their removal on the sidewalk in front the home.
Are utilities included?

Can I make improvements or add on to my home?

How is the community managed?

Who is responsible for plumbing issues?
